Compass is operated by Privaro. This page explains the baseline data handling posture for the Compass web application and hosted workspaces.
Compass stores account identity, tenant and project configuration, discovery responses, governed context, exports, billing metadata, and agent delivery records necessary to operate the product.
We use workspace data to authenticate users, render governed project workspaces, process billing, generate exports, and deliver project packages to permitted connected agents.
Compass supports retention controls, source classification, redaction policies, role-based access, agent scope restrictions, and export approval workflows. Workspace operators remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data they upload.
Stripe processes billing details through hosted checkout and billing portal flows. Compass stores only the subscription, invoice, and checkout metadata needed to reconcile product access and billing posture.
