Terms of Service
These baseline terms describe how organizations access Compass, manage workspace users, and operate connected agents inside the Privaro Compass environment.
Browser access is limited to authorized Compass user accounts. MCP-only agent identities are separate, cannot use browser login, and are bound to the tenant and project scope assigned by organization admins.
Customers are responsible for uploaded workspace data, billing decisions, user access, and any actions taken by connected agents operating with customer-issued keys and approved project scope.
Paid capabilities, exports, credits, and agent upgrade flows are governed by the billing state on the tenant account. Privaro may limit or suspend chargeable actions when the tenant is blocked, paused, or delinquent according to the configured billing posture.
Compass is currently offered through controlled rollout. Specific service commitments, support obligations, and commercial terms may be expanded in a separate order form or enterprise agreement.
